If for any reason you decide you don't want our service, just send us an email at CustomerService@FamilyAndHeirs.com and tell us you'd like to cancel your service.  Send us this email at any time within the first 60 days, and we'll refund your entire payment.  No hold-backs.  No pro-rations.  You'll get back every penny.  No questions asked.  Refunds will be made to the credit card used to open the account or to purchase the Gift Certificate used.

Two rules:  1) Send us your cancellation email during the first 60 days after the date when you purchased the service, and 2) Send us your email from the same email address that you used when you purchased the service, i.e., your account email.  This second rule is required for your security:  We don't want to delete your account without knowing for sure that the request comes from you.  

To protect ourselves from fraud, if a cancellation request comes from a newly opened account, we will have to hold off on issuing a refund until the purchase payment has fully processed and has cleared.  But as soon as the purchase transaction has cleared and is final, we'll send out a full refund promptly.
