We provide secure storage where your heirs can view the latest version of your Will or Trust and your other important documents, and read your answers to our Pre-Planning questions, so they will know your information, instructions and wishes.

We ask numerous questions in many categories to provide your family with the important answers they will need, answers that are not found in anyone's Will or Trust. Upload your important documents and papers, as well as some of your treasured photographs. All of your information and documents are securely stored, encrypted, and password-protected.

You'll get two passwords: an Account Password, and our unique “Read-Only” Password that will allow those you authorize to view your information but not to make any changes.

At Family And Heirs, you can provide your family with answers to the numerous questions they find too difficult and awkward to ask you: type of funeral desired, religious requirements, whether to be buried or cremated, type of coffin or where the ashes are to be scattered, and other important information your family needs to know, such as a listing of bank and stock accounts, safety deposit boxes, public storage spaces, to whom the mortgage or the rent is paid, and many, many other important questions.
