If you find our service of interest, but you're just not quite sure if you'll like it or if you'll use it, we want to help relieve those concerns. We are offering you a two-month trial period, and if, at any time during these first two months, you email us to say you'd like to cancel, we'll refund every penny you paid.
We'll provide you with a “no questions asked” full refund when you request that we close your account anytime within 60 days of your original purchase. Just email your request to CustomerService@FAMILYandHEIRS.com. For your security, this email must come from the email address that you provided as the Account Address when you opened the account. Refunds will be made to the credit card used to open the account or to purchase the Gift Certificate used.
We don't think we're taking too much of a risk here, because we think you'll find our service to be of great value. But, if you don't, and you let us know within the 60 days trial period, we'll refund your full payment.
Of course, to protect against fraud, we have to allow for your payment to clear before we do any refunds. So if you want to cancel the same day or the next after you've signed-up, we'll have to wait a few days for your payment to fully process and post before we can send a refund.
